November 5-7: The Power of Breath
Our breath is a constant flowing source of wellness that can be accessed at any moment we choose. Studies have proven that breathing tremendously effects our health and consciousness. It is also something we do every moment of our lives, yet we spend so little time thinking about. The way we breathe can tell us a lot about ourselves and the way we live. Come learn about your own individual breathing patterns, reestablish good breathing habits, and deepen your self awareness.
In this workshop you will experience the power of breath through guided exercises, specific hands on techniques and discussion. Some of the benefits of deepening our capacity to breathe include releasing stuck emotions, increased energy, improved digestive functioning, and overall better wellbeing. Athletes, musicians, and healers are especially encouraged to attend.
