Jay Alvaro has been a healing arts professional for over ten years. He is a trained breathworker, a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Oregon, and a musician. Jay artfully blends treatment and relaxation massage by integrating many different styles of bodywork.(see below). With his intuitive approach and extensive knowledge of bodywork, Jay creates a truly unique healing experience.
Jay has been a massage instructor at Ashmead College, hosted several workshops around the U.S. and has worked with many local companies doing onsite massage.
